EHTF22 is an ultra-miniature SMD oscillator consisting of a CMOS-compatible hybrid oscillator circuit with quartz reference crystal within a low-profile, industry standard ceramic package. Providing a fully specified clock oscillator with very small footprint, this part is factory configurable ensuring short delivery lead times.
